Our Purpose
Service Above Self
Organization Purpose
Established in 1961, The Fairview - West Park Rotary Club actively
pursues its ideal of " Service Above Self " as the real basis for
attaining success and friendship in personal, business, and community
life.
As a member of Rotary International, the club joins more than 1,100,000
members and 27,000 clubs worldwide in a unified effort to combat
humanitarian problems and concerns.
Our Mission
As a local grass roots community group, the Fairview - Westpark Rotary
Club, through its non-profit Rotary Foundation, provides monies for
annual educational and developmental scholarships, monies for local
hunger centers and needy families, monies for youth's with disabilities,
and support for many local humanitarian groups and organizations.
Object of Rotary
The object of Rotary is to encourage and foster the ideal of service as
a basis of worthy enterprise and, in particular, to encourage and
foster:

business and professiona: the recognigion of the worthiness of all
occupations; and the dignifying by each Rotarian of his or her
